Spread the word
The "Katalymata – Polytavernes" Chasm was explored in 1990 by S. Patramanis, P. Tsagaraki and G. Nathenas.
It is located approximately in the centre of the plain of the village of Damasta at the Katalymata-Polytavernes area. A 6-metre steep descent follows the chasm, and in the northern part of the ground, there is a very narrow hole at least 2 meters deep.
