We find it almost everywhere in uncultivated or cultivated areas.
 
It is harvested from the beginning of autumn until the end of spring. Its leaves are light green, toothed and contain a milky juice. Their taste is a little sweet, and they are eaten boiled with plenty of lemon juice, but they also go into vegetable pies along with other herbs and spices.
