Diver’s Club Crete

For all of you who are drawn to the deep blue colour of the sea but have never attempted a close encounter with the undersea magic, now is your chance.

Diver's Club Crete is a company with extensive experience in scuba diving training and recreational diving. They have established a main dive centre in Agia Pelagia and a dive shop/booking office in Ammoudara to serve divers better.

Since 1995, Diver's Club Crete has been offering all levels of diving training, including NITROX training and beach and boat diving at many different dive sites in northern Crete.

They also offer diving programs for beginners and those who have never dived and boat trips for snorkelling or fun.

Diver's Club Crete has selected dive sites ideal for training and entertainment for both experienced and novice divers. The company's boats are designed to offer comfort and safety. With their largest boat, which can accommodate 16 people, they plan full-day diving trips along northern Crete and the island of Dia.

The Diver's Club Crete diving centre is equipped with new diving equipment from AQUALUNG and CRESSI. Its long experience (since 1995) in training scuba divers and selling diving equipment (since 1982) guarantees its customers a high level of education, safety and entertainment.

Their multilingual staff (English, German, French, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and Greek) will help you before, during and after your dive.

Special diving packages are offered during the summer season, and special prices are also provided for families and organised groups of more than six divers.

Programs

• The Basic Diver program will only take three hours of your time. It includes a 30-minute instruction period in the fundamentals of diving and using the required essential equipment. This is followed by a dive in a pool or confined water where divers practice some basic diving skills. The program then includes an open sea dive to a maximum depth of 10 meters for about 45 minutes. The SSI Basic Diver program enables you to experience the thrill of diving under the supervision of a diving instructor in ideal conditions. The Basic Diver experience is a great way to start your Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver certification.

• Basic Diver plus Boat is the ideal choice if you want to enjoy a day full of diving. This program is the same as Basic Diver but allows you to do one more dive from the boat. The second dive will be at a maximum depth of 12 meters for about 45 minutes.

• The Try Scuba Diving program allows children and adults to experience the underwater world. It includes a 30-minute instruction period in the fundamentals of diving and using the required essential equipment. This is followed by a dive in a pool or confined water, where divers practice some basic diving skills. The program then includes a dive to a maximum depth of 5 meters for about 30 minutes.
• If you prefer to relax and enjoy the underwater world at your own pace and ease, they have all the snorkelling equipment you need.
