The "Finding" Temple

At the northern end of the beach of Agia Pelagia, the visitor can see the temple of the "Finding".
It is a small building on the rock, in the cave, where the icon of Agia Pelagia was found. Later, in the area, the Monastery of Agia Pelagia was built, which today does not operate and dates back to the 13th century, according to scholar Eleftherios Platakis.
